Glen Waters
Glen is a Ceramic Artist living in Fairhall. Her studio is surrounded by the wonderful hills, vineyards and valleys of Marlborough, New Zealand.
She studied the ancient clay technique of hand building at the Callanwolde Art Centre in Atlanta USA for 3 years, and feels very fortunate to have been taught by some of the best Ceramic Artists of the time. Since returning to NZ she has exhibited her work both nationally and locally achieving numerous awards and her sculptural pieces are now being enjoyed in homes around the world.
Glen’s work offers a distinct artistic expression of contrasts - Showing both strength and fragility … tension and spontaneity. She strives to portray a sense of peace, calm and beauty for the viewer to enjoy.
